The Eloquent Minds is Yusuphu Awadhi Lema's initiative to empower the next generation of leaders through the art of public speaking, leadership development, and executive presence.
Modeled after the Toastmasters International framework, The Eloquent Minds is a professional community where members practice public speaking, develop leadership skills, and build confidence in high-pressure environments.
We believe that the best leaders are excellent communicators. The ability to articulate vision, inspire teams, and navigate complex conversations is not innate—it is a craft that can be learned, practiced, and mastered.
Most leadership programs teach theory in a classroom. The Eloquent Minds teaches leadership in practice. You learn by doing, by speaking, by failing safely, and by receiving real feedback from peers who understand your goals.

- Prepared Speeches: Members deliver 5-7 minute speeches on topics of their choice. Full feedback from the audience.
- Impromptu Speaking: Practice thinking on your feet with 1-2 minute impromptu challenges.

- Evaluations: Receive constructive, professional feedback on your delivery from experienced speakers.
